Not down loading where can see only gray screen asking for log in when try to log in just says loading then goes back to gray screen asking me to log in nothing else katie need help

I've never had any problems until now...it just keeps loading after I enter my login. What's up with that???

It does work after u put in ur password then it sends u a text with a diffrent code to put in
I think it works great for viewing my transaction history and telling me how muvh I have left.
